We are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted at 1079A-1083 Christchurch Road, Boscombe East, Bournemouth for the demolition of the existing double-fronted shop and house and construction of a new mixed-use block comprising one shop and four self-contained flats.

An order has been placed with Andrews Plant to construct a new main entrance into our Admiralty Park estate at Holton Heath to improve access and help “open up” the estate for future development.
